Obituary for Mrs. Stella Smith Dobson
Stella Smith Dobson, 91, passed from life to life on Monday, March 08, 2010 after a period of declining health.
A service of remembrance and resurrection will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Malvern Hills Presbyterian Church, Asheville with the Reverend Drs. Charles B. Evans and Douglas R. Tilley officiating. The family will receive friends in a luncheon following the service. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM in the Western Carolina State Veteran’s Cemetery, Black Mountain. The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday at Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Avenue, Asheville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Camp JOY, c/o Bonclarken Conference Center, 500 Pine Drive, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
